With over sixteen years of experience in Compliance, we sought out a way to support the organization, compliance programs within the organization, and the compliance professionals committed to their roles. We primarily focus on three pillars of a robust Compliance Program – Prevention, Detection, and Correction.
Prevention focuses on key areas such as policies and procedures, code of conduct, appropriate oversight and training/education requirements.
Detection focuses on internal and external audits (i.e. state, federal, HHS, CMS, OIG, HIPAA, OCR, ect…) as well as internal and external reporting requirements. Detection also focuses on the ethical side of compliance ensuring organizations have controls in place to prevent retaliation and harassment.
Correction focuses on internal and external confidential investigations and ensuring proper disciplinary guidelines are followed.
